When I founded Perspecta Valuation, I set out to build something different—a valuation firm that values truth over templates and precision over production.
After nearly two decades in commercial real estate appraisal, I saw how the industry was being overtaken by institutional “appraisal factories” focused on speed and volume, not accuracy or integrity. I wanted to change that. Perspecta was built on one principle: independence equals excellence.
Every assignment we take on is guided by that belief. Our clients—whether lenders, attorneys, investors, or property owners—deserve analysis that’s defensible, data-driven, and entirely unbiased.
